This additional device modifies is such way, that when attached to the embroidery machine to encounter spangle, uses a needle to create two different spangle shapes. The different shape of mold die cuts the polyester film on which a hologram or a different color coating is added chemically. As a result it creates two different spangle shapes to produce a unique brightness that no existing spangle embroidery machine could quite produce. It is most definitely a device, which highly contributes to the quality of the design output. |
